Roots Football runs weekend football coaching in Gurgaon at Gallant Play, KR Mangalam World School, South City 1 — Saturdays and Sundays, 5.30 pm to 7 pm, open to boys and girls aged 4 to 12. It is the same AIFF-accredited programme, the same age-specific curriculum and the same "1 player, 1 ball" method used across our ten Bangalore centres.
What a Roots session looks like
Players are grouped by age and ability, so children train and compete with players at their own level. Sessions are built around individual technical work — every player has a ball at their feet for most of the session — before progressing into small-sided games and, as players mature, full 11-a-side. The aim is permanent improvement in a player's technical, physical, psychological and tactical game, not short-term results.
