Roots Football Academy is operated by Game On Sports Management Private Limited (“the Company”). By enrolling in our programs, participants and parents/guardians agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.
General Policy
All registrations and fee payments made toward Roots Football Academy programs are governed by a strict no-refund policy, except where explicitly stated in this document.
Participants are encouraged to attend classes regularly. Missed classes will not be carried forward to the next month or adjusted against future cycles.
Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
Non-attendance due to travel, exams, personal reasons, or schedule conflicts.
Class cancellations or disruptions caused by rain, weather conditions, or any factors beyond the control of the Company.
Early withdrawal or discontinuation of the program by the participant before completion of the paid period.
Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate or accidental payments made through the online system.
Program cancellation initiated by the Company, where alternate options cannot be offered.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original mode of payment.
Leave of Absence (Full Month Only)
Leave can be applied only for a full month and only in cases of prolonged injury or illness.

Medical documentation may be required for approval.
Approved leave will result in an extension of the registration period; no monetary refund will be provided.
Leave requests submitted after the leave period has started may not be accepted.
Weather & Unforeseen Disruptions
Sessions cancelled due to rain, ground unavailability, safety issues, or other uncontrollable factors are not eligible for refunds.
The Academy will make best-effort attempts to arrange compensatory sessions on alternative days or locations.
Compensatory sessions are not guaranteed and cannot be carried forward across months.
5. Plan Renewals & Inactive Status
Participants on a Quarterly Plan who do not renew on time will be marked inactive.
Rejoining after becoming inactive will be subject to slot availability.
The Academy does not guarantee the same batch, coach, or timing upon rejoining.
Promotional or discounted pricing is valid only while the plan remains active.
6. Transfer of Registration
Registrations are non-transferable between participants.
Center or batch transfers may be allowed subject to availability and management approval.
7. Official Communication

8. Rights of the Company
Game On Sports Management Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time.
The Company may discontinue training for any participant due to safety or disciplinary issues; no refund will be issued in such cases.
